Surrey Rainbow Choir Pride Party

  • Fiery Bird Venue 32 Goldsworth Road Woking, England, GU21 6JT United Kingdom (map)
Vibrant poster for the Surrey Rainbow Choir Pride Party, bursting with color and celebrating diversity and joy!

This ain't your average choir concert, baby.

Calling all the Queens, Kings, and everyone in between! Come out for Pride this year with a night of epic proportions as Surrey Rainbow Choir teams up with local superheroes Fiery Bird to bring you Rock N’ Rainbow! We're bringing the party with a fierce open mic, show-stopping performances by the Surrey Rainbow Choir, and an afterparty dancefloor ready to keep you moving 'til the sunrise (well, maybe not quite, but still pretty late!).
Here's the tea, sis:

Werk that mic 🎤 Submit your name in advance to take part in our
queer open mic where we've even got our favourite Drag King to preside over and keep everything in hand. So, come all voices to perform, whether that’s comedy, music, spoken word or even more. Strut your stuff and share
your magic!

The Surrey Rainbow Choir slays 🏳️‍🌈 Then prepare for all the feels with heart-stopping harmonies across your favorite classics from Surrey's only LGBTQ+ choir. Sing along to all your favourite anthems - think Elton John
meets Diana Ross, with a dash of Spice Girls for good measure!

Dance 'til you drop 🪩 The tunes continue after the performances, so unleash your inner dancing queen/king/monarch and bust a move with your chosen family.

This is a safe space to celebrate your authentic self, be it in front of the microphone or tearing up the dancefloor. So come raise a glass (or two) to our fabulous LGBTQ+ community, let us entertain you, sing your heart out, and dance like nobody's watching.

Don't miss your chance to be part of some Pride magic this summer! Tickets are only £8, so grab yours to join us at the Firey Bird in Woking from 7pm ‘til 11pm on June 15th. See you on the dancefloor, folks!

P.S. Wear your most outrageous outfit – the more sequins, rainbows, leather, face paint and glitter, the better! We're here to make David Bowie proud.
